What this app is
RateTrip is a travel currency converter with live exchange rates. It runs on your device; there are no user accounts and no user-generated content shared with others.
What this app collects
RateTrip does not collect personal information that identifies you.

Live exchange rates
To show up-to-date rates, the app fetches exchange-rate data from the public service open.er-api.com. Only the request for current rates is sent (no personal data); the latest rates are cached on your device so the app still works if you go offline.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep RateTrip free, the app shows ads via Google’s AdMob SDK, which may process your advertising identifier and IP address. See policies.google.com/technologies/ads; you can reset/limit your ad ID under Android > Settings > Privacy > Ads.
EEA / UK / Switzerland consent (UMP)
In the EEA, UK, or Switzerland the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to show a consent form so you can manage ad choices; your choice is stored locally and respected when loading ads.
