ReelForge AI does not collect any personal information from you. The app has no user accounts, does not ask for your name or email, and does not record your behavior on a server we control.

How reels are generated
When you tap Generate Reel, the app does the following:
- Captions & hashtags — your selected niche, topic, and template are combined into a prompt and sent to the public Pollinations text endpoint (
text.pollinations.ai), which returns a hook, on-screen captions, a social caption, and viral hashtags. - Scene images — if you do not pick your own photos, a prompt is sent to the public Pollinations image endpoint (
image.pollinations.ai) to paint vertical background scenes. If you pick your own photos, they are read from your device and never leave it. - Background music — the beat is synthesised on your device in real time; no audio is downloaded.
- Voice-over — the narration uses your phone’s built-in text-to-speech (TTS) engine and is rendered on-device; it is not a cloned or hosted voice.
- Video — the final 9:16 MP4 is encoded entirely on your device and saved to your gallery. Nothing you create is uploaded.
The app does not attach your name, email, device ID, or any other identifier to the prompts. If a network call fails, the app falls back to on-device templates and gradient scenes so a reel can still be produced.
Network connections
The internet is used for: loading ads via Google AdMob (see “Advertising” below) and sending your prompt to Pollinations when you tap Generate. The app requires an active internet connection to open — you will see a “No internet connection” screen when offline.
Permissions the app requests
- Internet / network state — required to request ads and call the Pollinations endpoints.
- Photos — the app uses Android’s system Photo Picker, which lets you hand it only the specific photos you select. It does not request broad gallery or storage permissions.
The app does not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, or any other sensitive permission. Finished videos are saved to your gallery using Android’s scoped media APIs.
AI-generated content and ownership
Captions, hashtags, and images returned by Pollinations are AI-generated. Because the underlying models train on the public web, output may occasionally resemble existing content. Review anything you intend to publish before posting, and only use photos you have the rights to. ReelForge AI grants no warranty of originality or non-infringement on the AI output.
Advertising
ReelForge AI shows ads provided by Google AdMob in four formats: banner (small strip at the bottom of the screen), interstitial (occasional full-screen ad after a few reels), rewarded (optional full-screen ad in exchange for more reels past the free limit), and app-open (full-screen ad when you bring the app back to the foreground). Google’s advertising SDK collects and processes limited data — for example, your device’s advertising identifier and approximate IP-based location — to serve and measure ads. This is governed by Google’s policies:
If you live in a region where consent is required (the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or a US state with applicable privacy law), the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) or sets npa=1 (non-personalized ads) so it stays compliant with GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA. You can revisit your consent choice any time from the Settings screen.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13 and is not classified as a “family” app on Google Play.
