About this app
USA Job Ready AI helps US job-seekers build polished resumes, generate cover letters, audit ATS-readiness, and export PDF documents. It is not a recruiter, career counsellor, or legal/financial advisor. AI-generated text is guidance — always review your own resume before sending it to an employer.

AI generation (Pollinations)
When you tap “AI polish summary,” “AI suggest bullets,” “Generate cover letter,” or “AI deep audit,” the prompt (your typed text and the relevant context such as job description) is sent to Pollinations, our text-generation provider, over HTTPS. We do not attach your name, email, account ID, or device identifier to that request. We do not keep a copy of the prompt or the response on our servers (we have no servers). Pollinations may temporarily process the prompt to generate a reply; see their site for details.
You can report any AI-generated text you find inappropriate with the “Report content” button on the result screen — that opens your email client preloaded with the text so you can send it to us. We do not auto-submit anything.
Prompt safety: the app blocks a small set of unsafe inputs (e.g. CSAE, instructions to harm) before they reach the AI provider.
PDF export
When you tap “Save PDF,” the resume or cover letter is rendered on your device and saved into your phone’s Download/USAJobReady folder. No file is sent to us.
Permissions the app requests
- Internet / network state — required for AI generation and ad serving. The app shows a “no internet” screen when offline.
The app does not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, or notifications.
Advertising
USA Job Ready AI shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Google’s advertising SDK collects and processes limited data — for example, your device’s advertising identifier and approximate IP-based location — to serve and measure ads. This is governed by Google’s policies:
If you live in a region where consent is required (the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or a US state with applicable privacy law), the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to gather consent, and sets npa=1 (non-personalized ads) by default so it stays compliant with GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13 and is not classified as a “family” app on Google Play.
