Privacy Policy — WealthPilot USA
What this app is (and is not)
WealthPilot USA is an independent personal-finance toolbox that bundles five educational utilities into one app: an expense tracker, a budget planner, a manual investment tracker, an educational credit-score helper, and a loan calculator (mortgage / auto / personal / student). The app is designed primarily for users in the United States and other English-speaking high-CPM markets and supports several common currencies. WealthPilot USA is not a bank, broker, lender, credit bureau, or financial advisor, and the figures it displays are user-entered estimates and educational illustrations, not professional financial advice. The credit-score helper produces a transparent rule-based estimate from habits you describe (utilization, on-time payments, account age, mix, inquiries) modeled after the published FICO factor weights, and is not a real bureau score. For decisions involving real money, please consult a licensed professional.
What this app collects
WealthPilot USA does not collect any personal information from you. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no server we control that stores your activity.

|---|---|---|
| Name, email, account info | No | — |

| Monthly budget caps per category | Only what you type into the Budget Planner | App-private SharedPreferences on this device only |

Advertising (Google AdMob)
WealthPilot USA shows ads to keep the app free. Ads are served by Google’s AdMob SDK, which is integrated as a library inside the app. When AdMob is active it may collect or use certain device-level information, depending on whether you consent (in the EEA / UK / Switzerland) and on Google’s own policies:
- Advertising ID (a resettable, device-level identifier you can change at any time in Android > Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- App interactions used to limit ad frequency and measure ad performance.
The app does not perform user tracking across other apps or websites that we own. To learn more or change your choices, please see Google’s privacy notice at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and the device-level controls under Android > Settings > Privacy > Ads. The contents of your expenses, budgets, holdings, or credit-helper inputs are never shared with the ad network — AdMob runs in its own scope and receives only what its SDK collects directly from the device.
EEA / UK / Switzerland consent (UMP)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, on first launch the app shows a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form so you can manage how AdMob personalizes ads. Your choice is stored locally by the UMP SDK and is respected by the app when loading ads. You can reopen these choices any time from Settings → Update ad consent.
Optional rewarded ads
One feature — the “Improvement Forecast” inside the Credit Score Helper — is unlocked after you choose to watch a short rewarded video ad. The unlock is optional; you can use every other part of the app without watching a rewarded ad. The forecast itself is generated on this device from the values you already entered — the ad does not change what is shown beyond unlocking the screen.
Permissions used
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
INTERNET | Required by Google AdMob to load ads and by UMP to fetch the consent form. |
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | Detecting whether you are online so the app can show an offline screen instead of failing silently. |
Children
WealthPilot USA is a general-audience personal-finance toolbox and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Educational use only
The calculations, score estimates, and projections shown by the app are illustrative and educational. They do not constitute investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, credit advice, or a financial product recommendation. Real loan terms, real investment returns, and real credit-bureau scores depend on factors outside this app.
Internet required
WealthPilot USA needs an internet connection so that AdMob can load ads and the UMP consent form can be fetched when applicable. When offline, the app shows a “You’re offline” screen. Your locally-saved data is not affected by being offline.
